He should also be well experienced in the kitchen environment. Likewise, he must have the best human resource and management skills such as the ability to properly recruit and then train employees. At least, an executive chef should have a background in accounting, and that he must have right time management skills, communication skills, and finally leadership skills.

An executive chef is really important towards having a restaurant running successfully and smoothly. Though you seldom see them on the course of your dining on different restaurants, the food and the services alone that they exude are enough to complete your day.
